I was born in 1946 and got my first 35mm camera when I was in the army in Korea in 1968. It was a Petri 7s. For the last 35 years, I have traveled the globe capturing memories on film. I fell in love with Africa and its wildlife and became dedicated to bringing Africa into the lives and hearts of many through my photography of African Wildlife. I am happily married to my wife Debbie and have a crazy little Jack Russell Terrier. When not on a Safari, I'm an avid Pilot and enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the sky. When back on solid ground, I am passionate about building scale model ships.

African Wildlife Safari's philosophy of wildlife preservation is, that to preserve it, you must help the local people that live in the area. With this in mind, we hire local guides and trackers exclusively, when on our African Wildlife Photo Safaris. Hopefully, this in turn, will show the local people the great and irreplaceable value of the wildlife.
